Shipping and Handling

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping the item. All orders are shipped to the shipping address on your Etsy invoice. Please ensure that your address is current on your Etsy account – orders delivered to incorrect addresses are not retrievable by us once shipped and are non-refundable.

US ORDERS:

Orders within the US typically arrive within 1-7 days of being shipped out. Please be aware that shipping time is different than processing time. Each item has a different processing time but is typically anywhere from 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping is also available if you need to receive your package by a certain date. Contact me if you need to rush an order and have questions about the different options for that item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside the US):

All international orders are shipped via USPS, or one of their third parties unless otherwise requested. Detailed tracking info is not provided with the standard international service, but tracking can be added to an order at checkout if desired.

Depending on the destination, international packages typically take anywhere from 1-5 weeks to arrive with the standard international service. If you need to receive your order quickly, feel free to contact us and we can arrange for expedited shipping to your country. Unfortunately, we cannot make any time-frame guarantees for international deliveries. Orders to Italy, Vietnam, Singapore, parts of Africa, Tasmania, Brazil, & remote destinations tend to take longer than average to process through customs.

We have done our very best to offer the most economical and cost effective rates possible with standard international shipping, but again please keep in mind this is the least time sensitive. Upgrades are available for fast delivery.

Our shipping charges only cover the cost to ship your items. They do not cover any additional brokerage fees or import taxes you may incur from your country’s customs office. These fees vary by country and will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay to their postal carrier/government. If you refuse to pay the duties/taxes and your item is returned to sender, you will only receive a partial refund for the item cost less shipping and any fees incurred.

LOST MAIL:

To prevent mis-delivery or theft, we encourage that buyers add signature confirmation to their order when checking out (especially if you live in an apartment complex or urban area).

If a package is lost in the mail, please contact us and we can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. If the package is not received & the tracking status is marked “delivered” by the carrier, you will need to check with your neighbors, household members, and local post office. Due to escalated cases of theft & fraud, we cannot reimburse, refund, or send you a new item if the package tracking says that it was successfully delivered to your home.

Please double check your address when buying.  If a package is returned to PSM because the address was entered incorrectly by the buyer, the address is “undeliverable” or not picked up by the recipient’s post office, etc., the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping the item. Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, PSM ships all items via USPS Priority Mail within two days of receiving credit card authorization and/or Paypal verification of payment for your order.  You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.   Orders within the US typically arrive within 7 days of being shipped out.

SALES TAX INFORMATION:   We are required by law to collect sales taxes on shipments to those states where we are located. Please add the appropriate state and local taxes if your shipping address is within the State of New York.
