Description

Desi is a catch all for all things Indian all over the globe.  There are Desi marriage sites, Desi fashions, Desi music, Desi fashion.

Our Desi is a casual easy to wear cotton blouse featuring longish sleeves, a Nehru collar and open v-neck (with one button on the front placket if you want to use it).   A breast pocket is useable, but really intended to just show off the pretty, contrasting, fabric that also appears at the cuffs, collar and neckline.  The main fabric is white with figurative green and yellow flowers and leaves and the contrasting fabric green with light and dark green leaves.

This is a very light, comfortable, cotton, blouse made from a gorgeous fabric I snagged in Jaipur.  You can (and will) wear Desi all summer long.   This is the best cotton, so the more you wash it the softer it becomes.

Care:   Hand wash in cold or machine wash in cold on delicate cycle.  Cool dryer.
