We call this style “Mol” which is the word for “daughter” or “dear one” in Malayalam.  Mol is the short-sleeved version of our traditional Oxford dress shirt (Eve) with a pointed collar and buttons down the front and short sleeves in a cheerful and clean white and yellow stripe.

This is our short-sleeved answer to the impossible to find basic, work shirt, you can wear all day, every day, all year long.
