We call this top “Siri” which is another name for Laskshmi, the Hindu Goddess of Wealth.

Siri is a simple and easy wear blouse that features, 3/4 length banded sleeves, a banded Nehru collar, three covered buttons down the front and a pleated yoke in the back in a lovely soft blue stripe alternating with other colors.
